Child Safety Standards & CSAE Policy - DatePALOP

ROÇA TEC, the company that owns and operates the DatePALOP application, maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

The following is strictly prohibited on the DatePALOP platform (including profiles, post feeds, community groups, private messages, and multimedia content):

• Publishing, transmitting, requesting, storing, or sharing any material that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors (CSAE/CSAM);
• Using the application to attempt to solicit, engage with, or contact minors for sexual or exploitative purposes (grooming);
• Creating accounts by individuals under 18 years of age, as DatePALOP is an adults-only platform.

To ensure strict compliance with this policy, DatePALOP adopts the following measures:

• Immediate Ban: Any user who violates this policy will have their account permanently terminated and access immediately blocked.
• Content Removal: Any content identified as violating these standards will be removed without prior notice.
• Cooperation with Law Enforcement: DatePALOP actively cooperates with national and international law enforcement authorities, including Polícia Judiciária and global child protection organizations such as NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children), reporting any evidence of CSAE/CSAM together with legally required identifying information.

If you identify any content, profile, or suspicious behavior involving child safety on the DatePALOP application, please report it immediately through the following dedicated channels:

• In-App Report Button: Use the "Report / Denunciar" functionality available on all posts, profiles, and messages within the application.
